ቫይራል ሄሞራጂክ ፊቨር (Viral Hemorrhagic Fever) በተለያዩ ምድቦች ሚከፈሉ የቫይረስ አይነቶች ሚከሰት ከባድ ምልክቶችን ያከተተ የህመም አይነት ስብስብ ሲሆን ፦
- ትኩሳት፣
- ደም መድማት፣
- የሰውነት ክፍሎች (ኦርጋኖች) ስራ እክል የእነዚህ ህመሞች ምልክት ነው።
በበሽታው የተያዘ ሰው የሚያሳያቸው ምልክቶች ምንድን ናቸው ?
ሲጀምሩ እንደሌሎች ትኩሳት አምጪ ተላላፊ ህመሞች ፦
• ራስ ምታት፣ • ትኩሳት፣ • ብርድ ብርድ ማለት፣
• ጡንቻ ህመም፣ • ድካም ፣ • ትውከት እና የምግብ ፍላጎት መቀነስ ያስከትላሉ።

መተላለፊያ መንገዶቹ አስተላላፊዎቹስ ምን ምን ናቸው ?
የቫይራል ሄሞራጂክ ፊቨር (Viral Hemorrhagic Fever) መተላለፍያ መንገዶች እንደየ ቫይረሱ ይለያያል።

✅ቢንቢ (Aedes aegypti ተብሎ ሚጠራው ትንኝ) ፡- ደንጉ (Sever Dengue virus) እና የሎው ፊቨር (Yellow fever virus) ያስተለልፋል።

✅የለሊት ወፍ (bat) ፡ ኢቦላ (Ebola virus) እና ማርበርግ (Marburg virus) ያስተላልፋል።

✅የአይጥ አይነቶች ( rodents) ፦ ላሳ የተሰኘውን ፊቨር ቫይረስ (Lassa) ያስተላልፋል።

✅መዥገር (tick) :- ክሪሚየን ኮንጎ (Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever) የተሰኘውን ያስተላልፋል።

ከላይ የተጠቀሱት የቫይረሱ አይነት እና አስተላላፊዎች ሲሆኑ በተለይ ኢቦላ (Ebola virus) እና ማርበርግ (Marburg virus) በበሽታው ከታመመ ሰው ጋር በሚኖር የቅርብ አካላዊ ንክኪ (ደም ወይም ፈሳሽ) ይተላለፋሉ።
