We are happy to announce the merger of 4Pharma Ltd and I-Mind!

A specialized CRO and an expert company within biometrics is a winning team. This will create a strong combined company with one of the largest group of biometrics expert consultants in Scandinavia. Our customers will benefit from a group of highly skilled and experienced consultants with the unique competence required by authorities.

We aim for continued growth and for building on our key competences. Our current services will be expanded with special focus on Real World Data, CDISC and regulatory submissions. We will have more flexibility and capabilities to take on new customers and larger assignments.

4Pharma acquires I-Mind and the companies will be merged within the near future, but the collaboration and integration is already ongoing.
