Week 13 recap 🔥
Got in 63 km of running and body responded really well and that means my delaod week did it's job 💪 Did a monday morning easy run together with and that was a great start to the week 🫶 Ran a 31 km long run with that felt as the easiest over 30 km run ever 🔥
Got in my weekly strength and Hyrox session also, soon I will start decrease my strength training load when it gets closer to the marathon.
Went for a midweek dinner that was delicious 😍
Worked on some sled pull with Hyrox coach 😂
