CLASSICAL MASSAGE (Nepali Ayurvedic)
An experience in Indian healing tradition that goes back more than 5000 years. This traditional Classical Massage (Nepali Ayurvedic) was designed as a complete full body massage, a relaxing blend of smooth strokes, energy point work & exercise for the muscles & joints to maintain the body's blood circulation & promote a deep sense of relaxation. It is performed on a massage table client comfortably resting undressed. In this Massage masseur uses Oil (Olive oil mix up with different essential oils) and various techniques such as Stroking, Palming, Kneading & Muscles rolling, Gliding, Thumb pressure, etc. by using masseur’s forearm, elbow, fingers & palm to achieve particular healing and relaxation effects. Thai Yoga Massage “Yoga for lazy people” or “Yoga that works as massage” is a system of movements including stretching, gentle rocking, acupressure and compression. This massage is mainly focused on the manipulation & rehabilitation of the soft tissue and increases the flow of energy within the individual in order to balance mind body & soul. It is performed on the floor mat with the client fully dressed in comfortable loose clothing while masseur uses his hands, knees, leg and feet to move you by using a series of yoga-like stretches with a rhythmic manner. My massage studio is located in the Cultural Center Sofia "A Holy Place, Place of Spiritual Practice", Kallvikinniementie - 35, Helsinki. It is such naturally beautiful, peaceful place & small island surrounded by Baltic Sea. It is only 20 minutes to drive from the center of Helsinki. It is also possible to take the metro from the city centre to the metro station of Vuosaari, and from there to the Kallvikinniementie 35 by the bus 816 to the entrance of the Cultural Center Sofia. The bus 816 runs from Monday to Friday twice an hour during office hours. In the evenings and on weekends you can take the bus 96 from Vuosaari metro station to the Kallahdenraitti bus stop, from where it is 1,2 km to walk to Cultural Center Sofia.
