Since earliest childhood I've felt a very close connection to animals as well as being very sensitive to energies. As for many who share these gifts, I grew up feeling strange and like I didn't quite fit in in this world. There even came a time in my life when I tried to shut off my gifts but fortunately that period did not last for too long. Today my sensitivity is my strongest attribute and I'm thankful for everything I've learned because of my sensitivity.

My company is IVAR energy and I work with humans and animals. Besides giving treatments I run courses, give lectures, write articles and make energy art. The inspiration for my company name is my family member, teacher, friend and heart Ivar. He is a poodle and he has taught me so much about myself, energies and the world. So when the time came for me to start my own company there was no question about what the name would be.

For me it’s important to look at life with both my eyes and my heart, and my wish is that everyone would be able to live life fully. And with my work, I want to help people to get in touch with themselves and with their life by helping them finding their inner voice, their love for life and their uniqueness. One of the things closest to my heart is working with animals by helping them get their voice heard and by helping people reconnect with them.
