A large fence and stop signs obstructed my path. There seemed to be no other directions. Fear overtook me, the safe and comfortable feeling slipped out of my life. I took a few steps back. Out of the corner of my eye, I was surprised to see a dirt road. I had overlooked the path. I hesitated, because there were no signs to show me the way, but the compass indicated the unknown direction of the sandy path. I gathered all my courage, with small steps I continued the new route. My heart pounded in my throat, the stream of doubts intensified. However, deep inside, a small voice whispered to me: 'Have faith'. Prosperity, but also adversity can appear on your life path. Where you may experience obstacles that can be accompanied by physical, mental or emotional complaints. Do you experience discomforts such as headaches, migraines, fatigue, back problems or if you get stuck in life, maybe I can help you. Animals can also experience all kinds of discomforts. Behavioural problems, pain, injuries and illness can hinder an animal's life. The Ankh therapy is an energy therapy that supports the self-healing capacity of the body and can be used in humans and animals. The therapy sets a process in motion. A treatment ensures that the body relaxes. Which releases endorphins. The substances provide relaxation in the muscles, which initiates better blood circulation. As a result, the oxygen level in the blood is increased. As a result, the nutrients can be better absorbed. This causes the enzymes to multiply. After which there is regulation of the hormones in the body. This ensures a better and faster disposal of waste products. Eventually, healthy cell division takes place and healing occurs. My passion is working with the Ankh, where I can use natural (healing remedies) such as essential oils for support. The Ankh therapy is a gentle way of treatment. It can improve the connection with yourself, but also the bond with your pet. It is possible that pain symptoms will decrease or even disappear and that you will experience more inner peace and strength. Among other things, animals can experience more calmness, better focus, that they are less easily distracted and anxiety symptoms can be relieved. I see energy therapy as a nice addition to regular and veterinary care. Maybe even more so. Last night, Enzo lay quietly when I placed the rose quartz next to him. He even moved closer. The crystal is quite large, but has a gentle and healing energy. It's so special that he also lays proudly on my Ankh. Just like our previous cats, they don't avoid the instrument; they seem to enjoy it. The Ankh has a very powerful energy, the opposite of rose quartz.

When Enzo came to us almost four weeks ago, he was very anxious. Despite his traumatic past, he already feels completely at home. This is beyond our expectations, but of course, very good for Enzo himself. When you give an anxious pet space and peace, telling him that he is loved forever and there is always enough, he can recover from deeply traumatic experiences.

I also give him energy healing, Bach Flower Essence 'Animal Freedom', and lots of love.
A Bach Flower Essence can also be very beneficial for your pet. These are drops based on flower essences. They work on a subtle and energetic level. Animal Freedom frees your pet from environmental energies, so they absorb less of the energies of those around them.
Just like humans, animals can exhibit unwanted behavior. This is usually caused by a lack of love, attention, and security, which can already have developed during the litter.

Before you are born, you make soul contracts with people and animals. Often, the owner of a traumatized pet also has a traumatic past. You can heal and release this together; this is precisely why soul contracts are designed. This isn't always easy; the key is to read your pet. They often mirror something of yourself; when things are difficult and uncomfortable, this isn't punishment, but a soul contract comes into effect. For example, if your cat or dog keeps relieving itself in the house, this could indicate a physical problem or illness. But if this is ruled out, your pet could be indicating something is out of balance. Your pet usually mirrors an unresolved emotion, either from a family member or from yourself. When your pet is ill, always consider your own (emotional) health as well. Because if you are happy and healthy, your pet will be too ❤️

For several weeks now, I've been experiencing intense body heat. At night, I often wake up with palpitations and vivid dreams. The Earth and humanity are undergoing a profound transformation. The universal shifts and light energies are causing deep purifications and changes to occur on all levels. In the 5th Dimension, there is no place for old illusions, fears, control, lies, false truths, and beliefs. Many of us are receiving a completely new body; it's a crystalline light body that is being renewed from within. It can hold and absorb more light. It is the new Hu-Sun-Man race, the 7th New Root Race which is a higher vibration of consciousness in the Golden Age of the new Earth. (Judith Kusel)
The remarkable thing is that there is surveillance everywhere in the form of surveillance and cameras. But all changes come from within and are invisible to all cameras.

The shadow self emerged during meditation this morning. I wasn't quite finished with the preparations, but I had to start immediately. I needed the spectrolite and had to place it on my lower abdomen. I closed my eyes and let everything happen. I saw a darkness and thought of a treasure chest. This treasure chest entered my imagination and opened. A bright light shone from it, and I felt a release in my lower abdomen. A moment later, I saw a kind of tube; it opened, and dark and dirty energies flowed out. It felt as if a plug had been removed, and the pressure disappeared.
The shadow part that was being healed was near my uterus and reproductive organs. Sometimes a dark spot can be seen in the energy field in this area. It means that fertility can't flow freely.
The uterus represents not only fertility for having children, but also for creating something in the physical world. Something new can be born.
At the end of the meditation, I saw eyes; this was the queen of the shadow world who oversees this underworld that I was allowed to see for a moment.
The underworld can be frightening. But it's just like your shadow self; it belongs to your soul being. It consists of all the repressed feelings, expressions, everything you've avoided, judgments, suppressed forces, and fears. You can carry multiple shadow parts within you. Embrace this part of yourself and give it love and attention, without judgment or rejection. It's a treasure chest where hidden powers, light, creation, truth, and your pearls have long been kept hidden. Humanity is becoming more conscious, and this part of yourself is now surfacing more. It wants to be seen, nurtured, and healed with love.
Especially in the coming weeks, allow any discomfort that surfaces. Take good care of yourself, hydrate your body, and take rest when needed.
