💃 When the Dance Starts to Feel Good – Even in Your Body
Marja joined my beginner-level oriental dance class a couple of years ago.
She had practiced belly dance more than twenty years earlier and was now returning to a beloved art form.
After a few classes she smiled and told me:
👉 “You know, Sanna — I haven’t needed painkillers after your classes.”
Before, her hip used to ache after dancing.
But through Belly Dance Meditation™ and a softer, more mindful approach, her body began to strengthen and move naturally again.
Now she often closes her eyes and simply feels the movement flowing inside.
Marja is over 65 — a beautiful reminder that our bodies can still learn, grow, and free themselves at any age. 🌿
That’s exactly what Belly Dance Meditation™ does:
it helps the body and mind work together, so movement doesn’t hurt — it feels good.

🌸 P.S. I also teach live oriental dance classes on Zoom every Wednesday in November at 7:15–8:30 PM (UTC+2).
They’re open to everyone — especially those returning to dance after a break.
