Look the planet
Look people, they are more online focussed on their mobiles than living consciously here and now.
Do we care for each other? Help others?
Do we know our neighbors? Have we ever talked to them?

Look consume, loads of trash.
Wildfires in Canada, Maui,Tenerife, Rhodos, Algier.
Floods in China.

The planet, our home, is out of balance.

People start asking and noticing something is wrong in the world.

When was the last time you prayed for others?
Talked with God.

A local with volunteers rescued 6 kids and 2 adults from the broken cable car in the Battagram district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. People were constantly praying in the whole operation till the last person was rescued.

Everything is happening just because of you. Really?
Egocentric, individualism, singles.

Ego is tricky, with updates even trickier than before.

New strategy: ignoring, we don't pay any attention to ego.
Instead:

Pray for others.
Be kind, talk with people at the supermarket, on the street,
so many lonely people, homeless, don't let the appearance, package confuse you.
What can you do for the community? Nature? Animals? Planet? Poor? Homeless?
What's the update today?

We are all one, connected. Cosmic, multidimensional beings.

Chaos and order

In our neighborhood is an old, empty house. People destroy it.

Like unused rooms in the house. Chaos, without order. Which needs to be defined. We need structure, presence. Decide, take responsibility and do.

How is your body? Your temple? Your vehicle?
Your house?

Let’s take electrosmog and 5 G as examples.

Take off the router at night.
Switch off your electric devices, mobile.

Use a retro alarm clock, not your mobile.

Meditation

How long do you meditate daily?
5 mins in a week?

Is it getting suddenly itchy? Sleepy?

Meditation is listening to God.
We take showers, give water to flowers.

Do we?

An update in a day keeps you in the game.

Write down notes, follow your steps.

Break a habit, another old habit which you don’t need any more.
Observe your thoughts, behavior.

I stopped drinking caffeine. I enjoy a cacao sometimes. Amazingly, I am not tired. It was easier than I thought and I feel better afterwards. Break a habit, tear up a thought, see what’s behind it. Let it go, throw it away, do a big spring-cleaning in you and in your home.

I like walking in new areas, exploring new surroundings and situations.

In the same way we are right now in our evolution in a brand new situation which is new and different for us. Unknown. Go for it as a community of cosmic earthlings.
