WiseNetwork on yhdessä työsuojeluvaltuutettujen kanssa määrätietoisesti rakentanut toimivampaa ja turvallisempaa työympäristöä. Yksi tärkeimmistä kulmakivistä on tiimimme valmius toimia ensiapua vaativissa tilanteissa. 🚑

Mukana kehitystyössä ovat olleet EA-koulutuksia yritysasiakkaille järjestävä Lääkärikeskus Karhulinna sekä defibrillaattorin hankinnassa ja koulutuksessa meitä tukenut Miia Virtapuro Plusab Finland Oy:lta. Defibrillaattorin hankintaa vauhdittivat myös omat tiimiläisemme, jotka aktiivisesti toivat esiin sen tarpeellisuuden.

Miian ja Plusabin ajatus “sydänturvallisesta työpaikasta” toimi tärkeänä inspiraationa koko työturvallisuuden kehittämiselle. On ilo todeta, että nyt myös WiseNetwork on askeleen lähempänä työpaikkaa, jossa hyvinvointi ulottuu kaikkialle ja näkyy kaikessa, mitä yrityksessä tehdään ja edustetaan.⛑️

WiseNetwork is a Heart-Safe Workplace 🧡

Together with our occupational safety representatives, WiseNetwork has been committed to building a more functional and safer work environment. One of the key cornerstones of this work is ensuring that our team is prepared to act in situations requiring first aid. 🚑

This development has been supported by Lääkärikeskus Karhulinna, which provides first aid training for corporate customers, as well as Miia Virtapuro from Plusab Finland Oy, who assisted us in acquiring and training for the use of our defibrillator. The initiative to obtain a defibrillator was also strongly driven from within the company by team members who actively highlighted its importance.

Miia and Plusab’s concept of a “heart-safe workplace” served as an important source of inspiration for our overall safety development. We are pleased to say that WiseNetwork is now one step closer to being a workplace where wellbeing reaches every corner and is reflected in everything we do and represent.⛑️

🤝 Asiakaskohtaamisia Etelä-Suomen golfkentillä

WisePlatform Golfin palvelupäällikkö Miikka Timoska teki hiljattain asiakasvierailukierroksen Uudellamaalla. Viikon aikana pysähdyttiin viidellä golfkentällä keskustelemassa järjestelmän käyttöönotosta, automaatiosta ja arjen sujuvoittamisesta.

🏌️‍♂️ St. Laurence Golf – Viikko alkoi Lohjasta, missä käytiin läpi käyttöönoton etenemistä, tiedon siirtoa ja myynnin työkaluja yhdessä Petri Läntisen, Susanna Holmin ja Joona Mäenpään kanssa.

⛳ Rock Golf – Seuraavana päivänä pureuduttiin yritysmyynnin työkaluihin, kuten tarjousten ja sopimusten hallintaan. Keskustelut tukivat Andrea Nymania ja Topi Temosta kehittämään omaa myyntiprosessiaan WisePlatformin avulla.

🏌️‍♂️ Tapiola Golf– Keskiviikon miniseminaari, jonka järjestivät Linda Ratilainen ja Nette Heikel (Helsingin Golfklubi), kokosi 13 golfkentän edustajat jakamaan kokemuksia ja parhaita käytäntöjä WisePlatformin käytöstä.

⛳ Pickala Golf – Torstaina etsittiin ratkaisuja kentän yksilöllisiin tarpeisiin ja aikataulutettiin käyttöönoton loppupuolen toimenpiteitä yhdessä Janne Pelkosen, Kirsi Helinin ja Sanna Haaviston kanssa.

🏌️‍♂️ Master Golf – Viikko huipentui Espooseen, missä Miikka tapasi Jaakko Tuomisen, Anne Balkin, Mirja Hellströmin ja Erkko Heikkisen. Tapaamisessa käytiin läpi uusia tapoja vähentää manuaalista työtä sekä järjestelmän käytön perusasetuksia.

🤝 Customer meetings across Southern Finland’s golf courses

WisePlatform Golf Service Manager Miikka Timoska recently completed a customer visit tour across Uusimaa. During the week, he visited five golf clubs to discuss system implementation, automation, and ways to make daily operations smoother.

🏌️‍♂️ St. Laurence Golf – The week began in Lohja, where implementation progress, data transfer and sales tools were reviewed together with the club team.

⛳ Rock Golf – The next day focused on business sales features, such as offer and contract management, and how they can streamline Rock Golf's processes.

🏌️‍♂️ Tapiola Golf – A midweek mini-seminar gathered representatives from 13 golf clubs to share experiences and best practices in using WisePlatform.

⛳ Pickala Golf – On Thursday the discussions focused on finding solutions tailored to the club’s needs and scheduling the final steps of the implementation.

🏌️‍♂️ Master Golf – The week concluded in Espoo, where Miikka and the club team explored new ways to reduce manual work and optimise system settings.

A big thank you to all participating clubs for the productive collaboration, new learnings, and the shared commitment to continuous development together. 🙌

⛳️ An inspiring week in the home of golf – St Andrews, Scotland

Our WisePlatform Golf COO Mika Nieminen spent an inspiring week in Scotland, attending the MDP Golf Management Program in St Andrews, the home of golf.

The program offered valuable insights from inspiring speakers and the opportunity to visit some truly iconic venues, including Gleneagles, Kingsbarns, and the R&A Clubhouse.

The real highlight of the MDP week, however, is always the people – connecting with like-minded club managers, sharing experiences, and exchanging ideas that help everyone grow professionally.

For WiseNetwork, international collaboration like this is invaluable. Learning from others, gaining new perspectives, and building networks all help us enhance the WisePlatform system and better serve both our current and future customers — as we continue to strengthen our connections across Europe.

A big thank you to the Club Management Association of Europe (CMAE) and Michael McCormack CCM for hosting an exceptionally well-organized and inspiring week of learning and networking. 🙌
