Affirmations are a really helpful way to "re-calibrate" your thinking. Feeling down? Use an affirmation on joy! Feeling unmotivated? Repeat an affirmation for energy! This affirmation is one of my favorites when I have to do something I don't want to do.
To use affirmations effectively:
⚜️Repeat it several times, ideally out loud, quietly, in a whisper and eventually silently.
⚜️Say it with conviction! It takes energy and enthusiasm to change your thoughts
⚜️Stick with it for at least a week.
