Finland KDS and Abo KDS successfully organized an all-grades course in Turku 7-9 February.

🥋 30 participants trained under the excellent guidance of Yannick Jestin and Giles Murray.
😊 Happy faces and sore (leg) muscles were proof of the hard work and great spirit throughout the event! 💪

Detta är ett årligen återkommande, internationellt läger med utmanande träning med 3 pass/dag under en veckas tid under ledning av mycket erfarna instruktörer. Varvat med social samvaro, god mat och fin gemenskap.

I år deltar 110 kampsportare 🥋
