Laitoksen etiikan tutkimus kansainvälistä kärkeä!
Hoitotieteen laitoksen tutkimusohjelman ”Etiikka terveydenhuollossa ja hoitamisessa” yksi mielenkiinnon kohde on pitkään ollut eettinen kulttuuri, jota on lähestytty organisaatioeettisestä näkökulmasta.
Nursing Ethics-lehdessä julkaistu bibliometrinen analyysi vuosilta 1900-2024 kokoaa eettinen kulttuurialueen tutkimusta ja osoittaa laitoksen tutkijoiden, professorien Helena Leino-Kilven ja Riitta Suhosen, olevan ko. alueen vaikuttavimpien tutkijoiden joukossa.
Organisaatioeettinen tutkimus on erityisen tärkeää myös tulevaisuudessa – ja toivomme eettisen kulttuurin tutkimuksen jatkolle edelleen menestystä tulevaisuudessa!

The department's ethics research is at the forefront internationally!
One focus of interest in the Department of Nursing Science's research program "Ethics in Healthcare and Nursing" has long been ethical culture, which has been approached from the perspective of organizational ethics. A bibliometric analysis published in the Nursing Ethics journal covering the years 1900–2024 compiles research in the field of ethical culture and shows that the department's researchers, Professors Helena Leino-Kilpi and Riitta Suhonen, are among the most influential researchers in the field.
Organizational ethics research will continue to be particularly important in the future, and we hope that research into ethical culture will continue to be successful also in the future!
Professors Leino-Kilpi and Suhonen would like to thank all their research partners for their interest and cooperation on this topic – we will continue our nursing science research on ethical culture.
