In Loving Memory of Daeseong Kang
With heavy hearts, we, the staff of Marine Reach Fiji, mourn the loss of our great mentor, spiritual leader, brother, friend, cook, driver, and organizer. It has now been almost a month since Daeseong went ahead of us to be with the Lord.
We can hardly imagine the depth of love and dedication he poured into this ministry over the past 24 years. Thank you, Daeseong, for your faithful service and your servant heart. You will be truly missed. You touched so many lives through your cooking, your joyful service, and your ever-present smile.
We have not yet completed our update for the last outreach in September—the one you began and where the team witnessed firsthand the boundless love of Christ reflected through you.
We give thanks to the Lord for making that outreach possible and for the lasting impact of your life and ministry. Though you are no longer with us, we know this is not the end. As staff, we look forward to the new season ahead, empowered by the Holy Spirit to carry on the work God has called us to do.
Thank you, team, for responding to the call.
Let God alone be glorified for all the things He has done!!❤
