Three days of intense meetings, insightful conversations, vibrant exchange, and deep reflection on Bioenergetic Analysis in Europe! 🌍 This was the atmosphere during the annual Delegates Assembly of the European Federation for Bioenergetic Analysis - Psychotherapy (EFBA-P) Europe in beautiful Palma de Mallorca.

Direct, embodied conversations with the representatives of European Bioenergetic Analysis associations are an invaluable experience that connects our community and strengthens our mission.

Delegates present at the meeting included:

Francisco Garcia Esteban – EFBA-P President and Spanish representative

Pedro Ribeiro da Silva – Vice-President for Projects and Portuguese representative

Magda Małkiewicz – Treasurer and representative of Polskie Stowarzyszenie Analizy Bioenergetycznej

Annie Nissou – Secretary and 4th Board Member, and French representative (present online)

Fina Pla Vila – representative of the Catalan association ACAB

Corinna Breitling – representative of the German association NIBA

Amalya Cole – representative of S.O.B.A.B. from Belgium

One of the main projects planned during the assembly is the EFBA-P Bioenergetic Open Days event in Palma de Mallorca, scheduled for May 22-24, 2026! We extend a warm invitation to you right now! The event organization is being supported by Katarzyna Peka, who was also present online at Friday's meeting.

Today we started our Open Days in sunny Palma ☀️🌴, so it's time for the presentation of the last but not least speaker :)

B.A. integrates body, mind and emotions what is crucial for building close relationship, which can be the fundamental for one’s perception of quality of life. We can nourish our close relationships by vibrant presence and ability to keep the worthful contact. On the workshop we will explore the vibrant dynamics of couples and how to draw from B.A. in the couple.

In the field of B.A we understand these four dimensions as fundamental for a vibrant andhealthy life. We try to enhance them in us and in our patients. In this workshop, a shorttheoretical explanation will be given on this topic.
After this, we will explore these four dimensions in a practical way, with some exercises and, if possible, with some individual work.

Will Davis’ Instroke work emphasizes an inward movement, a naturally flow of
energy inwards, which strengthens the energetic core of a person and facilitates
more natural and spontaneous emotional expression (Outstroke).
In this workshop we will practice Instroke related techniques, adjusted to Bioenergetic tools which can enrich our therapeutic results.

The goal of therapy is for the person to be able to face the reality that they have lived through and has not been resolved. This requires letting go of the "illusions" that you have had to hold on to in order to survive, and face what has been difficult and painful to start the path to greater vitality and more connection to our true illusions.
