Hello everyone! I hope that you are having a wonderful start to the week. I haven't posted here in a while so I wanted to share a few updates:
Firstly, I have created a new free resource for stress release which includes a guided meditation and restorative yoga posture guide. If you would like access please comment below and I will share the link with you.
I have created a new facebook group called Yoga & Mindfulness for Stress Release: A Community for Women to Find Joy. If you are a woman and are interested in joining a group where you will be supported while you learn about yoga and mindfulness, please join! I share affirmations, tips for stress release, mini trainings and short practices.
