⭐️💥 Some information and numbers about Boom Festival 2025 💥⭐️

“Boom Festival, which ended this last Thursday in Idanha-a-Nova, welcomed 37,286 people from 162 nationalities, along with 824 artists, facilitators, and therapists. A total of 55 talks and 16 film screenings were held.

At the 15th edition of this biennial festival, themed “The Ritual of Dance”, around one hundred therapists took part (50% Portuguese and 50% international), with 60% of the massages booked online before the festival began.

According to official data provided to the Lusa news agency by the Boom Festival organization, “on the opening day, the remaining massage appointments were sold out, and by the second day, all therapy sessions were fully booked.”

Among the featured artists was Android Jones, who created the visual identity for this edition.

Dadara painted new murals related to one of the festival’s campaigns, “Love Has No Flags,” which aims to end prejudice against gender, racial, and religious diversity in love.

Daniel Popper made his mark with a new large-scale public art piece titled “Dancer”, standing 12 meters tall, which took six weeks to assemble.

Artist Michael Benesty also contributed a new large-scale sculpture, his second at Boomland.

Portuguese artist RAM created a large statue as well, placed near The Gardens.

Boom also featured a dedicated area for the 557 children in attendance (up to 14 years old), called Young Dragons, which offered daily activities from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.”
