So many times we don't feel 100% yet we push on and eventually make ourselves ill. If we can rest in the first instance we could heal ourselves. Today’s Oracle card comes from the flower therapy deck and we have “emotional healing “. So many of us go to an alternative therapist or doctors when we have something physically wrong with us. However we don’t deal with our emotional pain. We need to learn to let go of our emotional pain so that we can feel lighter and are able to connect with others. When we have been hurt or are grieving we are frightened to let others in. It does take time, but it is important to heal emotionally so that we can move on with life. When we are emotionally in a good place we don't have the same physical symptoms.
