Being consistent with their trainings and healthy habits is one of the biggest struggles of people .

When you understand that how you feel physically and mentally can be strongly related with how you feel with your trainings is when YOU KNOW it does your body and mind right.
When you decide to make healthy choices on a daily basis, you start feeling less sluggish , more energised, and look/feel healthy. 💃🏽
I crave a movement everyday, and I crave healthy choices everyday ! 💪 🍅

As off tomorrow, France is back to confinement. For some reason, this time is hitting me hard. I feel stress building up 🥺

We will get through this 💪.
In the meantime, I decided to enjoy the outdoors and improvise on a very short yoga sequence. Here’s a quick preview of my outdoor yoga session. 🧘🏽‍♀️

My hand balance wasn’t pretty at all, my weak shoulder is still having a hard time recovering.

If you’re feeling like me, hopefully you’ll remember that you’re not alone.

Having a body like the statue of David means nothing if you move like him, too.
You can be strong as Hulk but stiff as a stick, doesn’t make sense in my opinion .
I created this mobility/strength style program to give you the muscle and mobility of an athlete. It begins with cutting-edge joint mobilization drills that free up your entire body, resulting in cleaner movement and more access to your muscles. 💪
After that, I’ll bring you right into a brutal circuit workout that will make you sweat buckets 🏃‍♀️😓 finishing with relaxing soft tissue work and deep stretches, which relieves commonly tight areas. 🧘‍♂️

The principles of this plan have improved the fitness of everyone that I’ve trained, from those online clients or those of my one on one or group personal sessions.

Home is where the heart is, or so that’s what they say. 💜
But , really, what does home really represent, to you, to your heart?

We took a family trip a little down south of Bordeaux. Being close to Nature is where my family feels at “home”. My heart and body were full and content.
Yoga by the beach is what I needed to reset my heart and reconnect to my body. 🌊 😎
