Saveria has been practising and teaching yoga for more than 20 years,and is a registered teacher with the British Wheel, ICYER and the French federation of yoga teachers.
6 nights holidays including two yoga lesson each day, optional early morning meditation, and delicious food made from organic local produce.

Bientôt les cours de Yoga recommence au Dojo et chez moi a ESPERAZA...La santé me permet de partager cette science de l'être humain a nouveau. Plus de Pranayama et Dharana avec un but vers Dhyana.
