More than 30 international entrepreneurs joined our Solve Application Bootcamp on June 3 and 4! 🌍 They attended experts interventions on the selection criteria of the MIT Solve and group work sessions to challenge each other on their applications.

Thanks again to the experts for their interventions and to the Deloitte collaborators who gave feedback to entrepreneurs.

🚀 The participants are now ready to finalize their applications for the MIT Solve before the deadline of June 16!

Antropia ESSEC will train winners on September 9, to prepare them for their final pitch.

How can all young learners have access to quality, safe, and equitable learning environments?

The pandemic has upended entire education systems, with an estimated 1.5 billion primary and secondary learners’ (ages 5-18) education disrupted. Some schools have shifted to distance learning, while others shut down completely. These disruptions exacerbate pre-existing education inequalities along wealth, gender, ethnicity, linguistic, and geographical lines.

The MIT Solve community is looking for technology-based solutions that ensure all primary and secondary school learners have access to quality, safe, and equitable learning environments.

How can communities prepare for, detect, and respond to emerging pandemics and health security threats?

Covid-19 is the latest in a series of infectious disease emergencies. Climate change and increasing globalization ensure that it won’t be the last.
While many relevant solutions will rely on researchers or policymakers, there is also a clear role for tech innovators to support health security for all.

The MIT Solve community is looking for technology-based solutions that protect all people—especially those most underserved and at risk because of their race, ethnicity, age, gender, or income—from the impacts of disease outbreaks.
