Despite normal visual acuity, slit-lamp examination revealed superior conjunctival hyperaemia, SPK with filaments, and papillae.
C.DIAG meibography confirmed Stage 1 MGD, with thick meibum despite minimal obstructionโan important contributor to symptoms.

โช๏ธ MGD treatment
โช๏ธ Topical corticosteroids
โช๏ธ Cyclosporine or tacrolimus if effective
โช๏ธ Surgical option: superior conjunctival lifting (second line)
This case illustrates how C.DIAG helps clinicians detect subtle ocular surface changes and associated MGD, ensuring better diagnosis and targeted treatment for complex dry eye cases.
