You will be supporting a vibrant young participant in her daily activities, helping her thrive in a nurturing and culturally familiar environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of Indian culture and can provide empathetic, child-focused care.
✅ Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
National Police Clearance
Working with Children Check
Through Their Eyes training (preferred but not essential)
Experience working with young people with Autism
