Yoga and dealing with Emotions

In order to deal with situations in life, we have been given an important gift, namely the experience of emotions. Emotions are combinations of feelings that help us recognise what kind of situation we are in so that we can quickly adapt. It is a kind of super radar that is faster than words or thoughts. Emotions function as a kind of programme that you unconsciously create for yourself. The programming begins before you are even born.

A yoga class is about finding peace and balance within yourself. To learn to love yourself and courageously face life's challenges without blaming yourself or anyone else.
Yoga is about giving direction to a goal in your life and learning about yourself.
It is about freeing yourself from the pain and emotions you carry as a burden.
Yoga is about being a confident, independent, as well as a happy and healthy individual.

As of this fall you can also learn the tradirional yoga style in Utrecht, Arnhem or North-East France.
