Plant-based and BIG on flavour in the HeartSong kitchen this weekend 🌱🍛🧡
A spicy, tangy Madras and a rich, tikka-masala-inspired curry.
These sauces are seriously delicious - just the thing when you’re craving something spicy and packed with flavour. Proper British Indian restaurant-style, perfect for a cosy weekend curry. I’ve tried them with chickpeas, tofu, seitan, pumpkin and butternut squash and they all work beautifully.
Served with fluffy basmati rice, crispy potatoes, spinach with cumin, chilli and lime, plus a minty yoghurt sauce.
