Motivation doesn’t work when you’re in your warm and safe space, but these do:
→ Create a dopamine trigger. Reward yourself with something small (like a favorite song) after completing your first task.
→ Use light to wake up your brain. Open the blinds or use a sunrise alarm clock.
→ Don’t touch your phone for 30 minutes after waking up. Scrolling kills momentum before it starts.
→ Plan your morning the night before. Decision fatigue is real—set yourself up for success in advance!
