This is a perfect opportunity to pause, breathe, and connect with your body and your senses!

In this 20-minute guided session with Magali, we will explore breathing, touch, and scent to promote balance and harmony in your body. Touch is vital for health in traditional medicine. Join Carla Vescovi for a powerful Deep Dive into the clinical and energetic dimensions of Copaiba.

In this deep and reflective session, Carla Vescovi invites us into the sacred world of Copaiba (Copaifera spp.), a revered resin and essential oil known for its remarkable healing powers. Drawing from both clinical aromatherapy and the ancestral wisdom of Indigenous and riverine communities of Brazil, Carla explores Copaiba’s chemical profile, healing potential, traditional uses, and safety considerations.

Participants will also be guided to explore the emotional aspects of healing - how unprocessed trauma can be held in the breath and body, and how the gentle touch of essential oils like Copaiba can support emotional release and physical recovery. Through Carla’s personal insights from working with stroke recovery patients, and a live demonstration of a healing compress, this session will offer practical and soulful tools for therapeutic practice.
