Last year felt like a turning point in my career as a Yoga Teacher.
When I started [thanks to you online students] I was often driven by fear. Fear of not having the right skills to teach, fear of not doing things well enough, fear of not succeeding and so much more. But,
exactly one year ago I was living an inspiring adventure in the USA and little did I know how inspiring it would be!
My trip to California has completely changed my perspective. First, inspired by the harsh nature of Death Valley, our freedom while camping in the tent in middle of the desert and relying only on our own fire. Then, witnessing how Californians dare to follow their dreams, has really changed my approach to my own dream & project! And, just like that I was fueled by a new creative energy and since then it just flows, with its ups and downs.

As you might have guessed, I believe that beginning of years are crucial and setting true intentions can be a great turning point in pursuing your dreams.
So, to accompany you on this journey and to help you find this little spark, I created a 4-week Online Yoga Course to set these intentions for this New Yeah!

🦦Yin yoga class Thursday 8 PM- 9PM online & in person at

I will be teaching this new Yin yoga class so bring warm clothes and your pillow ( yes your pillow 🛏!!) to recharge your batteries 🪫💤
Yin yoga focuses your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Because you are holding poses for longer period of time, Yin yoga can be quite challenging in the beginning as we find comfort in being active and avoiding turning our attention inward… It’s easy to look away and keep moving rather than sitting with thoughts and challenging sensations.

It’s okay if you find it challenging 🤍 Give yourself the time to get familiar with it, it has amazing benefits:

* Calms and balances the mind and body.
* Reduces stress and anxiety.
* Increases circulation.
* Improves flexibility.
* Releases and improves joint mobility.
* Balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana.

Yin yoga is an excellent complementary practice to Dynamic yoga that you can do just before going to bed, so it’s even possible to eat before coming to this class! If interested please sign up in the link in my bio !

Hello to you who has started following my account ✨ The last time I drafted a portrait to introduce myself, I felt uncomfortable and insecure about opening up on a social media… I love my privacy and my secret garden but I did my best to mindfully come out of my comfort zone and processed my fears to reach out to you… it seems like it’s working as you are a few coming on this account since a few months! So welcome into my world !

I’m teaching yoga in person in Modena, Italy, since almost a year now. Before that, I was teaching online and as much as I loved reaching out to yogis from all over the world I thrive on my in person classes!
I changed jobs recently, I used to be a lawyer in Human Rights and became a yoga teacher almost 2 years ago. It would lying to say that it’s been a peaceful and easy journey… nope! There’s been its load of frustration, doubts, fears…loads of challenging feelings to process! What has helped me to get through is the deep feeling of fulfilment I have at the end of every classes… my groups and private classes 🤍 every single one! The feeling of being at the right place!

I love empowering my students in my classes. I encourage them to challenge themselves in their practice, still listening to their own personal limit. I certified in Rajadi Raja yoga but teach what I have been learning and practicing for 11 years now. So, I teach different yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga. Soon, I will be training in Pre & Post natal yoga in order to offer yoga during pregnancy and postpartum. Soon again, I will also go back to online teaching as an addition to my in person classes and can’t wait to see my online students again!

As I work with people from different countries and being myself, French and English, I choose to mainly teach in English in Modena and online. When needed I do teach in Italian though. I feel very lucky I can teach yoga in a multicultural context!

In this anatomy-focused workshop, suitable to all levels, we’ll explore strength, mobility drills and stretches inspired of Yin yoga to help you increase your hamstrings’, thighs, calves’ and hips’ flexibility.

This practice is designed to respect our season transitioning rhythm and energy while moving from winter to spring. We’ll explore the asana practice through the ‘Kapha’ ayurvedic concept, according to which our body has accumulated liquids and stagnant energy over the cold period. In this transitioning period our body needs to be stimulated in order to increase blood circulation through movement and prepare for the spring season during which the temperature gradually rise.

For this workshop I will be assisted by the amazing Lilja Dahl, yoga teacher specialised in yin yoga and yoga nidra

Dear Beautiful Online Community...

Dear Beautiful Online Community,

I am Lily Rainbow, a colourful name for which I thank my parents. Echoing my name, I have always loved exploring life through the different nuances of my personality. 10 years ago, this led me to Bangkok and the start of my yoga adventure. It was supposed to be fun. But oh mama, the fun didn’t kick in immediately… “What am I doing here? I’ll never manage! My whole body, muscles and organs are burning up!” I thought. Thankfully, along came feelings of relief too. Then, the discovery of new muscles and breathing sensations…Finally, I’d found a space where I could take the time to breath.

I have been a lawyer in the Humanitarian sector for almost 6 years, deployed in different missions for NGOs, European agencies and UNHCR. Why am I so passionate about this career? Because it’s about empowering people. And this is also the reason why, over time, I fell in love with Yoga. Yoga is also a tool for empowerment. For me, it is about being confident, balanced, challenged, grounded in the present. It’s also about many more aspects that I am still discovering.

After practicing assiduously for years, last year I finally felt ready to undertake my training as a Yoga Teacher. I’m building a Yoga project that I wish to launch online. To contribute my support to the coronavirus context and as a way of connecting together, I am opening up these virtual classes for free.
