I am a passionate gardener living at Château Saint Jean art & culture in Laurens surrounded by history, nature, and inspiration. For me, gardening is more than growing plants – it’s a way of life, a creative expression, and a deep connection to the earth.

The garden is shaped like a Mandala – a harmonious design where beauty meets purpose. I grow food with love and care, always in tune with nature’s cycles.

Sustainability is a natural part of my everyday life. Through bokashi composting, I transform food scraps into living soil. The soil isn’t just where things grow, it’s where life begins.

Whether I’m planting seeds, harvesting vegetables, or sharing a meal made from our garden, I’m always guided by a simple truth: when we care for the earth, it nourishes us in return.
