the Winter Rest & Reset Programme is now open for enrolment! ❄️💗
This deeply supportive 12-week programme is for women who:
• Feel stuck in the same health or lifestyle routines
• Want to rebuild confidence with food and exercise
• Need a slower, more nurturing approach to wellbeing
• Want to begin the year with intention rather than pressure
• Prefer consistency over intensity
• Want to arrive in spring feeling energised, not exhausted by winter
Starting Sunday 5th January 2026, in person here in Suffolk, we’ll be guiding a small, intentionally cosy group of 10–15 women through a seasonally aligned journey to help you feel strong, rested, nourished, and grounded, without burnout, overwhelm, or perfectionism.
