A space has become available in tomorrow morning’s Yin Yoga in Le Riols Bas - Wednesday 20 October, 9.30 – 10.45am. As well as the usual focus on hips and lower spine, tomorrow’s class will also feature a few poses to improve flexibility and release tension from the neck and shoulders.

If you would like to come along please let me know by text or email - 06 47 21 01 02 / Suz@AmuletTherapy.Info. This class is usually full, but I will be adding another class to the weekly schedule soon.
