I smiled thinking of a dog boarding a small yellow bus — paws up, tongue out, off to “school” so they won’t stay home alone. In Canada, this is real: dogs are picked up, given the ride, and spend the day socialising and playing instead of sitting quietly at home.

It’s a heart-warming reminder that companionship isn’t just about people — pets need purpose too. For many dog owners this service becomes a lifeline: happier dogs, less anxiety, and more peace of mind.

Seeing this makes me believe in creating moments of joy for the ones we care for most. Because no one — human or pup — should feel like they’re just waiting.
