💚 Nourish well, live well.
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated - sometimes it’s as simple as a bowl of real, nourishing food made with ingredients that truly care for your body.

🥣 Carrot, Ginger & Coconut Soup
A comforting bowl that’s every bit as good for you as it tastes - supporting gut health, calming inflammation, and helping you feel balanced from the inside out.

✨ Recipe (serves 4)
Ingredients:
2 lbs carrots (chopped) • 1 onion (quartered) • 3 garlic cloves (pressed) • 2 inches fresh ginger (grated) • 300ml veg stock/broth • ¾ can (300 ml) coconut milk • Juice of 1 orange • ½ tsp chilli powder • ½ tsp turmeric • 1 tbsp olive oil • Pinch of salt

Method:
1️⃣ Sauté onion, carrots, garlic, ginger, chilli & turmeric in olive oil for 5 mins.
2️⃣ Add stock, season, and simmer for 30 mins.
3️⃣ Add coconut milk & orange juice, blend until smooth.
4️⃣ Serve warm with a swirl of coconut milk & fresh herbs.
