A gorgeous end to a very long year.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your love and support over the past year.

Every single like, share, recommendation, subscriber and client means the absolute world to me and I count my lucky stars to have found such incredibly kind and supportive women in this small corner of the internet.

Having a life changing car crash in August and still only being able to use one arm has been tough. I’ve got a big operation looming in February which has made me more determined than ever to make 2026 my healthiest and happiest year yet.

I can’t wait to meet lots of you IRL and welcome back so many of you back on retreat next year.

Thank you to every single person who has messaged, called, and checked in. The power of community and human connection is something l’ll never take for granted.

Start 2026 by escaping your inbox AND your family (just for a weekend, promise).

Our 2 Cotswolds retreats in January look like: luxury estate, roaring fires, countryside views, and zero expectation that you’ll “find yourself” (unless you want to).

Think: delicious food, good yoga, and plenty of lounging in fluffy robes, pretending you’re in a BBC drama. Optional activities include: staring out the window, sighing dramatically, and deciding if you want to join a Yoga class or just enjoy another slice of cake.

Turns out, you don’t need to love group hugs, green juice, or sunrise anything to have a good time here.

Loads of you show up with doubts & leave with a few new friends, a sore face from laughing, and at least one story we can’t post on Instagram.

No clichés. No forced zen. I love these honest words from a brilliant woman who came, rolled her eyes, and is booking again for 2026.

Before breathwork: Loud, chatty, and 100% convinced we’re just here for the rosé and sunshine 😂

After breathwork: Who is this calm, glowy goddess? Suddenly we’re floating, not shouting (Don’t worry, the rosé is still safe).

Who the hell goes on a Luul retreat, anyway? (Spoiler: not just yogis or supermodels.)

This week’s crew: eight solo travellers, a mum and daughter team, two sisters, best friends, and friends who signed up on a whim.

Some knew no one. Some came with their favourite person. All left with a whole new gang.

Honestly, the only thing everyone has in common? They’re open, friendly, and always up for a laugh (and maybe a cheeky second helping of dessert). No secret handshake, no cliques—just real women who fancy a break from the usual routine.

Meet — our newest Luul Ambassador✨

She’s a brilliant yoga teacher and, more importantly, a breathwork wizard. The kind who can get you from “I’ve had 4 coffees and 2 deadlines” to “oh wow, my shoulders actually live DOWN there” in about 5 minutes. 😮‍💨💫

Rachel has that magic mix of cheeky humour, deep wisdom, and mega-kind energy that makes everyone fall a little bit in love with her (us included). She’ll coax you into softening, laughing, and breathing like your nervous system actually matters — because it does.

Expect calming resets, joyful whooshes, and the kind of exhale that feels like a tiny holiday. Your lungs have been waiting for this one. 🧘‍♀️

I'm back, and it's about time! 🤣

The past three weeks have been a 💩 show - a car crash in the States, hospital stay, surgery, and a flight back home ✈️.

Your kind messages and offers of help mean the world to me. I'm grateful for this amazing community and feel so loved. Thanks for being there for me.

It'll take a while before I'm back to full strength, and planks might be a thing of the past... maybe.

Looking forward to seeing lots of you in Ibiza!
