The HYPNO DIET is not a new concept at all and in fact it’s been adapted several times by many therapists and weight management professionals over the decades. We don’t just deal with what you eat, we help you to change your relationship with food.
Goals:

What does the HYPNO DIET consist of?
The group will meet once a week in groups of no more than 10 people. We will have mixed groups for men and women, a group for men and a group for women. These might be held on different days or at different times of the day.
Sessions for each group will be held over a 1 hour period.
We don’t do weigh-ins in fact we don’t even have any scales!

Week 1: Introduction and Consultation - Reverse Food Diary
Week 2: Review of your Reverse Food Diary - NLP Session - Your personal goals
Week 3: Group Hypnotherapy Session - Becoming mindful - Stop Comfort Eating
Week 4: Introduction to different food types - Carbs, Fats, Sugars
Week 5: Group discussion - Dealing with cravings
Week 6: Halfway catch up - Social Event
Week 7: Group Hypnotherapy Session - Positivity and Ego Boosting
Week 8: Tackling any problems and progress update
Week 9: Group Hypnotherapy - How to stop snacking - resisting peer pressure
Week 10: How are you getting on? - Positive feedback session
Week 11: Group Hypnotherapy Session - Feeling good about yourself
Week 12: Final week - celebration and where do you go from here
Has anyone lost weight with hypnosis?
Early studies from the 90s found that people who used hypnosis lost more than twice as much weight as those who dieted without the use of hypnotherapy & NLP.
A 2014 study worked with 60 obese women, and found that those who used this type of therapy lost weight, improved their eating habits and body image.

What we are doing is changing your relationship with food.
We will be looking at why you eat rather than what you eat. Once you have changed your relationship with food you will automatically eat healthier, have smaller portions and only eat when you’re hungry.
When we were born we knew when we were hungry and when to stop eating because we were full. It was a natural thing to do, we didn’t even have to think about it.
A Lifestyle not a Life Sentence.
Other diets don’t deal with your emotions both before and during your diet. It’s obvious when you think about it, why most diets fail. How can you simply just remove all these emotional fixes that food gives you without mindful preparation?
This is where the Hypno Diet comes into play.
Using a combination of hypnotherapy & NLP we can re-write the programs that were written and actually remove them or change them. Just like a computer hard drive we can alter the programs and write new, more helpful ones. Like a Defrag of the mind.
