Travel Reflection: Barcelona, Spain

My husband surprised me with the best birthday gift; a trip to Spain. We visited Park Güell, Casa Milà, and Casa Vicens, and I found myself completely taken by Gaudí’s architecture. His work moves through time; bold, thoughtful, and full of life.

What surprised me most was how these buildings, so different from anything in my home country, somehow made me think of home. And that’s when I realized, I’m homesick. After six years of putting down roots in France, that feeling caught me off guard.

Maybe it’s what travel does. It opens us up, stirs what we’ve tucked away, and reminds us where our heart still belongs.

❤ ❤️

Throwback to my summer holiday 2025 ☀️

Never thought I’d visit Marseille and suddenly feel like I was back in Thailand 🇹🇭✨ The honking, the motorbikes on the streets, the night market vibes by the harbor, it felt just like home (Samui). The next day, I went sailing through the Calanques on a stunning 90-year-old ship ⛵💙 Pure magic.

Tried the famous bouillabaisse for the first (and probably last 😅) time, not because it wasn’t good (it was delicious!) but because the price just didn’t quite justify a second round.

One of the highlights was meeting an Instagram friend in real life for the very first time… inside a hammam! Such a unique, special, and unforgettable memory 🤍✨

After Marseille, we spent time with family in Nice, then had a dreamy staycation in Var, enjoying poolside days, delicious food, and amazing wine. 🥂🍇

A gentle, powerful practice made with care and born from my own healing journey. 💗

After 3 years of IVF and struggling with hormone imbalance, I searched for something deeper. That’s when I discovered the ancient art of Yoni Steaming and it changed everything.

I’m so proud to soon offer Yoni Steam sessions using 100% organic herbs grown right here in France, carefully selected to help cleanse, balance, heal, and naturally perfume your sacred space. ✨

This ritual is for every woman who wants to reconnect with her body, her womb, and her feminine energy.

💬 I’d love to hear from you, have you ever tried Yoni Steam before? Would you? Let’s talk healing and self-love in the comments 💕👇

This trip came together at the very last minute. We booked everything just two or three days before leaving. Originally, we were supposed to go to the UK for Wimbledon and to visit my aunt in Brighton. But my visa application was rejected twice because of some issues with my carte de séjour.

Since we couldn’t make it to Great Britain, we chose to visit “Little Britain” instead (Brittany, France.) We ended up in Bénodet, a tiny seaside town that completely stole my heart. Parts of it reminded me so much of home in Koh Samui, Thailand. The atmosphere, the views, the ocean breeze, I loved everything about it. We spent our days relaxing by the beach.

One of the best moments was visiting Les Glénans. It felt like stepping into paradise. We packed a lunch, took a boat to the island, and spent hours just enjoying the peace and beauty. I swam so much that day and never wanted to leave.

The food was another highlight. Everything was fresh and delicious. I even discovered one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had.

Even though this trip wasn’t what we originally planned, it turned out to be one of my favorite holidays. I really needed it. I came back feeling rested, restored, and genuinely happy.

I’m honestly so sorry to say this… but this might be one of the best events we’ve had so far — and not because of the number of participants, but the vibe. My gosh, the energy was unreal. The boxing session was next-level — intense, technical, powerful. And this year we got to train with actual gloves, which took everything up a notch.

Not gonna lie, I was struggling to catch my breath a few times — not just because I wasn’t feeling 100%, but because the pace was relentless. 🥵

Then came the yoga. Honestly, it felt like a blessing. The stretch, the stillness, the energy reset… it helped us reconnect — with ourselves, with each other, and with nature. If you watch the last video, you can even hear birds chirping. Oh, and yes — yoga mats for everyone this time. 😁

But this was more than just fun, sweat, and savasana. I think many of us discovered something deeper about ourselves.
Boxers realized they need flexibility and mindfulness in their training.
Yogis realized they could use more cardio and strength.
That kind of cross-discovery? That’s growth.

One thing that did hurt: we had to refund quite a few participants due to the last-minute date change (thanks, unpredictable weather 😅). What truly moved us, though, was how many of them didn’t even want the refund — they just really wanted to be there.

Organizing an outdoor event always comes with risks, but we love training in the open air. We’ll take what we’ve learned and keep improving to make the next one even better.

Big love to everyone who joined us — and a massive thank you to our coach .2 for the incredible session. 💥🙏

✨ From Private Sessions to a Château in France ✨

I never imagined I’d be teaching corporate yoga. For five years, I poured my heart into private yoga sessions—17 hours a week, every week—alongside launching my massage therapy business in late 2023. My schedule was full, my energy stretched, and yet… something inside whispered: “It’s time to grow.”

In Q1 of 2025, I realized my private session capacity had maxed out. That quiet inner voice became a calling: How can I expand into corporate yoga without losing the 50% tax benefit my beloved private clients receive?

So I began studying. Planning. Dreaming. Still uncertain, still humble. I didn’t have a corporate yoga blueprint—just a clear heart and a willingness to evolve.

And then, out of nowhere, I was invited to teach at a chateau in France. A corporate event. Me. Selected.

I had no car—I rented one.
No extra mats—I bought them.
No time—I made time.

Yesterday, I stood in the heart of that stunning chateau, guiding a group of beautiful souls through breath and movement. What began as a challenge became a doorway. It wasn’t just a dream come true. It was the start of a new path.

✨ I believe things happen exactly when they’re meant to. ✨

To every yoga teacher holding space for others while dreaming bigger:
Keep going. Keep showing up. Don’t wait for perfect—just be ready when the opportunity comes.

Your growth doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s. Just keep aligning with what lights you up—and the universe has a way of responding.

“Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.” — Arthur Ashe
And you’ll be amazed what unfolds.

With love, breath, and possibility,
💛 Amber Yoga

Always learning, always evolving.

One of the things I love most about what I do is that there’s always more to learn, more to explore, and more ways to help others feel their best.

I’ve just completed a course in Gua Sha facial massage, and it’s been such an inspiring journey. I’ve blended what I’ve learned with my existing knowledge of Thai facial acupressure and intentional facial rituals to create a treatment that’s not just skin-deep—it’s a full experience for the mind, body, and spirit.

This new facial ritual is all about slowing down, releasing tension, and inviting glow and balance back into your skin and your energy. It’s gentle, grounding, and deeply rejuvenating.

If you’re curious to try something new, or just need a moment to reconnect with yourself—I’d love to share this with you.

Your face will thank you. Your nervous system will too.
DM me if you’d like to experience it for yourself.

This week may feel like a pause or a period of uncertainty. The challenge lies in finding true clarity and joy rather than forcing a sense of optimism. It’s essential to recognize energy imbalances and avoid overextending oneself.

The best approach is to focus on small, meaningful actions rather than trying to rush progress. Patience and inner reflection will be key. ✨

Today marks the final day of 2024, a year in which I surpassed my own expectations and achieved countless goals. ✨ I explored new experiences I once thought impossible and crossed paths with incredible people along the way. 🌟 This year brought me more joy than tears, and it stands out as one of the best—a year of growth in every aspect of my life, from January to December. 🌿💪

It’s clear how much I embraced and enjoyed 2024, sometimes at the expense of pacing myself. I pushed hard, succeeded, and kept running, but now my body is insisting I slow down. 🛑💤 Since early December, I haven’t been at my peak, but I remain hopeful and fully confident that I’ll regain my strength in time for the 108 Sun Salutations on January 19, 2025.
🌞🙏

See you soon, 2025! Let’s make another amazing year together. 🫶🏼🥰
