It’s Sunday.
A day to slow down, to pause, to just be.
Life can be busy, noisy, and full of “shoulds,” but today is for you.

Take a moment to breathe.
Really breathe.
Feel your chest rise and fall, and let the tension slip away. Move your body in a way that feels good, not because you have to, but because it nourishes you.

Eat something that fuels your body, something that makes you feel alive.
Drink water.
Rest if you need it.
Be gentle with yourself.

Food, breath, movement, rest… they’re all medicine. And today, you get to give yourself a dose of each.
