Mango season is one of my favourites 🥭

They taste like sunshine, make me slow down, and actually feel good for my body. Full of vitamin C, great for digestion, and just naturally nourishing... no effort, no overthinking.

I love how simple they are; super sweet, grounding, uplifting… a little reminder that looking after ourselves doesn’t have to be complicated.

Just good food, good energy, and feeling good in your body. 3️⃣💛

As 2025 comes to an end, we pause.

We release what feels heavy.

In the body.
In the mind.

A new year is ahead.
And growth needs space.
Space to breathe.
Space to move.
Space to think clearly.

When the body has space, the mind softens.
When the mind softens, change feels possible.
This is one of the core principles of 3 Yoga.

We don’t force growth.
We create space for it.

Mentally.
Physically.

So we can step into the new year lighter.

Clearer.

And ready to become more.

Merry Christmas to you all 💛

I just want to say a huge thank you to every single one of you for supporting 3 Yoga this year. Whether you came to classes, events, or simply supported me along the way, it truly means more than you know.

2026 is going to be amazing.

I’ll be launching online classes, so for those of you who travel an hour to come and see me, you’ll be able to practise 3 Yoga in the comfort of your own home 🧘‍♀️

I can’t wait to share everything new that’s coming to 3 Yoga in 2026... there’s so much to look forward to.
Wishing you all a very happy and peaceful Christmas 🎄✨

I can’t wait to go back to Spain next week. 🇪🇸

Walking through streets lined with orange trees just makes me feel good.

Spain has so many more hours of sunshine, and I really feel alive in the sun. The light, the warmth, and the slower pace of life suit me so much better.

The orange trees you see everywhere are bitter oranges. They’re planted for their beauty and for the smell of the blossom in spring, not really for eating. Still, seeing them whilst walking down the streets is totally amazing.

I don’t function very well in the cold. Winter where I live now can be grey and wet, and my body feels it. In Spain, everything feels lighter, including me.

New home, new chapter, and a lot of gratitude. 🍊3️⃣💛

Today is my last working day of the year… and actually my first proper Christmas "holiday" in 18 years.

This photo was taken on my last trip to Spain, and it felt like the right moment to pause and reflect.

This year yoga has taught me (again) how to trust myself.
How to make big, uncomfortable decisions.
How to let go, even when I didn’t fully know what was coming next.

I sold our family home.
I started agricultural school.
I took a real risk on myself.
I bought a new home and land in Spain... completely not the type of house I thought I wanted… but I’m so excited about what’s being built around it.

My main focus is growth.
Growing 3 Yoga.
Growing the farming side of the business... medicinal plants, herbs, and eventually turning them into teas.
Continuing teacher trainings.
And for those of you who’ve asked, I’ve been busy filming online yoga classes, and I’ll also be offering live online classes very soon.

Yoga keeps reminding me that everything doesn’t have to make sense straight away. Sometimes you just take the step and trust the process.

Feeling grateful, excited, and ready for what’s next.
See you in the new year! 3️⃣💛

Camel isn’t about how deep you go. It’s about how open you’re willing to be. 🤍

Camel pose is a heart-opening posture. When we lift the chest, open the front of the body, and allow the head and neck to drop back, we create space in places where we often hold a lot of stress, protection, old emotions.

So many of us are very good at giving…
But not always so good at receiving.

This pose invites both.

💛 Opening the heart
Lifting the chest helps open the heart space, encouraging feelings of love, compassion, and emotional release.

💛 Letting the head and neck drop back
When you allow the head to fall back (only if it feels safe for you), it’s a practice of trust and surrender. You’re telling your body it’s okay to soften.

💛 Creating space to breathe
As the front of the body opens, the breath naturally deepens. Many of you notice a sense of relief here... like something has been lifted.

💛 Balancing giving and receiving
Camel reminds us that we don’t have to hold everything together all the time. We can open, receive support, and let ourselves be held too.

If this pose feels intense, that’s normal. Take it slowly. Support yourself. Listen to your body. The work is in the intention, not the shape. 3️⃣💛

So many of you tell me you want to live more naturally, slow things down a little, and bring more calm into your daily routines... and one of the simplest things I always encourage you to try is growing a few herbs at home. 🌿

These little pots really are full of life, healing, and natural energy for your home.

You don’t need a big garden, lots of time, or any experience. A windowsill, a bit of soil, and a few minutes of care is enough. And the benefits go so much deeper than just having fresh herbs to cook with.

Here’s why I love recommending this to you:

🌱 They support your nervous system
Tending to plants is grounding. Watering them, watching them grow, touching the leaves... it naturally slows you down and brings you into the present moment.

🌱 They’re gentle daily medicine
Fresh herbs like basil, mint, rosemary, thyme, and parsley support digestion, immunity, inflammation, and hormone balance. Having them growing at home makes natural healing part of your everyday life.

🌱 They bring living energy into your space
Living plants shift the energy of a room. They remind your body what nature feels like, especially if you spend a lot of time indoors.

🌱 They reconnect you to your food
Picking a few fresh leaves and adding them to meals or teas builds awareness around what you’re nourishing your body with.

🌱 They’re a reminder to slow down
Growth takes time. Watching herbs grow mirrors what I often say in class — healing, strength, and balance don’t need to be rushed.

If you’re not sure where to start, choose one herb you love. Place it somewhere you’ll see it every day. Care for it the way you care for yourself... gently, consistently, without pressure.

These little rituals matter more than we realise. 🤍

Menopause is something so many of you talk to me about... in class, after class, or quietly one-to-one. The poor sleep, the anxiety that feels new, the aches that weren’t there before, the feeling of “I don’t quite recognise my body anymore.” And I always remind you of this first:

Menopause is a powerful transition... it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. And it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. The right nourishment can genuinely change how supported you feel in your body, and one of the things I often suggest we look at together is magnesium. 💛

I call it a bit of a miracle mineral for women, because during perimenopause and menopause your body actually uses more magnesium than before, and so many of us are running low without realising. Topping it up daily can make such a noticeable difference.

Here’s why I recommend it so often:

🌿 Sleep support
When you tell me you’re waking at 3am, dealing with night sweats or restless legs, magnesium is one of the first gentle supports I suggest. It helps calm the nervous system and relax the muscles so your body can truly rest.

🌿 Calming anxiety + irritability
Hormonal shifts can make stress feel louder. Magnesium helps regulate cortisol and supports emotional balance... that feeling of being able to breathe again.

🌿 Hot flashes
Many women notice fewer and less intense hot flashes when magnesium levels are supported, helping the body find a little more stability.

🌿 Muscle tension + aches
When estrogen drops, the body can feel tighter and more achy. Magnesium supports muscle recovery... especially helpful alongside your yoga practice.

🌿 Energy levels
Low magnesium often shows up as fatigue. Supporting it daily can help you feel more like yourself again.

I also always encourage starting with food where you can... it’s such a nourishing place to begin: dark leafy greens, almonds, pumpkin seeds, bananas, cashews, avocado, cacao, oats… simple, natural, everyday foods that deeply support your body.

I just wanted to share a little reminder with you today: focus on the good around you. I know life can get busy, messy, and sometimes it feels like there’s more going wrong than right. But the truth is, if we take a moment to pause, breathe, and really notice the little things... the sunshine on your face, a smile from a friend, the way your body feels strong and alive after a yoga practice... we start to shift our mindset.

When you focus on the good, you invite more peace, more joy, and more clarity.

So today, I invite you to look around and see the beauty in your life, no matter how small it feels and watch how it changes everything. 3️⃣💛

If someone had told me at the start of this year that I’d become a farmer, I would have laughed. Yet here I am… walking through my land in Spain, building a herbal farm from nothing, studying, and growing my yoga business all at the same time, whilst homeschooling one of my daughters.

It hasn’t been easy. There have been long days, late nights, learning curves, breakdowns, breakthroughs, and moments where I wondered if I’d taken on too much. But with every step forward I take, I'm learning something new.

This year has stretched me, shaped me, and shown me just how strong I really am. I’ve grown more than I ever imagined and taken on changes I never thought I’d be brave enough to make.

You've got to trust the journey; fate has a plan for us all. 3️⃣💛
