Natural, raw, nourishing… and so much kinder to your body than refined sugar. 🍃

If you’ve been wanting to cut down on sugar without feeling restricted or deprived, these gentle swaps are a beautiful place to start. Small changes add up... your energy, mood, digestion, and skin will thank you for it!

Here are two of my favourite raw, natural alternatives:

🍯 Medjool Dates – Nature’s caramel!
Sweet, satisfying, and full of fibre, minerals, and slow-release energy. Use them to replace refined sugar in smoothies, raw desserts, energy balls, or simply enjoy one when you’re craving something sweet.

🍇 Fresh Fruit – The most natural sweet treat on the planet.
Berries, grapes, bananas, mango… your body knows exactly what to do with them. Their sweetness comes packaged with vitamins, antioxidants, hydration, and fibre. Snack on fruit instead of reaching for sugary processed snacks.

The goal isn’t perfection... it’s awareness. It’s tuning in. It’s choosing foods that fuel and support you rather than drain you. 💛

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: believe in yourself even when no one else does. I’ve spent my whole life with people doubting me, questioning me, underestimating me... but every single time, I’ve come through. Every. Single. Time.

I’m the queen of spontaneity, wild ideas, and “are-you-sure-that’s-a-good-plan?” moments… and yet somehow I always make it happen. That’s my magic.

I’ll be honest, between 2021 and 2023, I felt like I’d lost my spark. My creativity went quiet, my light dimmed, and I didn’t feel like me. And that's where 3 Yoga came in to the mix. But the last couple of years? Oh, she’s BACK. Stronger, bolder, louder than ever.

Right now I feel like I’m thriving, rising higher than I ever thought I could, stepping into the woman I always knew I was meant to be. No slowing down. No shrinking. No stopping. 💛

Lately I’ve been learning so much about the healing power of dried herbs in my agricultural studies. 🌿
I’ve been mixing my own herbal teas and little natural remedies, and it’s reminded me how beautiful it feels to come back to nature for support.

And soon… we’ll be doing this on our own herbal farm. Once we’ve worked the soil and the land is ready, we’ll be growing, drying, and preparing our own herbs right here at home. Fresh, natural, and full of good energy. I can’t wait to make our own teas, blends, and daily wellness remedies to share with you all.

For me, wellness isn’t just yoga on the mat... it’s the small choices we make every day, the things we drink, what we breathe in, and the space we create inside ourselves to feel calm and nourished.

I love this journey, and I love sharing it with you. If you already use dried herbs in your daily routine, tell me your favourite blends... I’m always learning. 💛

We forget to pause.
We carry so much without noticing.
Our minds get heavy.
Our bodies get tired.
Taking time for yourself is not selfish.
It is needed.

When you slow down, your breath softens. Your thoughts calm. Your body feels lighter. You return to yourself. This is where balance begins. This is where strength grows.

Give yourself permission today. Sit quietly. Stretch a little. Breathe deeply. Go for a walk. Choose something small that brings you peace. You deserve that moment.
