I used to think teaching meant explaining more, doing more, proving more. But over time, practice taught me something quieter.
Wellness isn’t a performance.
It’s not a routine you switch on for class and switch off after.
It’s how you walk.
How you breathe between moments.
How safe your body feels moving through the day.
This is the kind of yoga I believe in.
Not forcing. Not fixing.
But creating space... in the body, in the nervous system, in the way we live.
When the body feels supported, strength comes naturally.
Confidence follows without being pushed.
I don’t teach perfection.
I teach awareness.
And I try to live it first.
That’s the practice.
On the mat, in the office and everywhere else. 3️⃣💛
