Easy to find, if you know where to look !
"Burton’s lead line indicates lead poisoning and occurs due to deposition of lead sulfide, the result of a reaction between sulfur produced by oral flora and lead" (from Lead poisoning and Burton’s line)
Have you had a dentist or doctor do a mouth examination and look for this? I never had and just came across this recently as I dig further into lead toxicity in adults (especially as we get older and lead is released from the bones; also after a bone fracture and pregnancy).
Lead toxicity can contribute to anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, fatigue, cognitive issues and dementia, digestive issues, kidney problems, heart disease and much more
And another reason for ongoing detox with sauna, dry skin brush, lymph drainage; liver, gallbladder and kidney support; nutrients like calcium, selenium, NAC, zinc, selenium, iron (if needed), magnesium; Vitamin C, vitamin B1 and B6, probiotics. There is also research on the protective effects of honey, garlic and lithium (I'd use lithium orotate) against the neurotoxic effects of lead. And of course GABA (for anxiety and liver support) and tryptophan for serotonin support (both GABA and serotonin are depleted by lead). As always adjusted for each person's unique needs and biochemistry.

UPDATE: Just back from a cleaning at my dentist (she's lovely!) and she has not heard about it and will look it up so we can discuss. She wants to know more and vaguely remembers learning something similar related to mercury amalgams and toxicity
