STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the Classical Pilates method, combining traditional principles with modern exercise science. Developed by physical therapists and movement professionals, it focuses on spinal alignment, strength, flexibility, and efficient movement.
Using a neutral spine approach, STOTT PILATES® helps reduce strain on the body while improving posture and performance. Exercises are highly adaptable and suitable for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and all fitness levels, including prenatal clients and athletes.
Classes may include a variety of props such as the Magic Circle, resistance bands, weights, balls, and blocks to support and challenge your practice.
