READY FOR ANYTHING - FIRST AID REFRESHER (Just in case )

I have been away for a few years training and working in London but am extremely glad to be back on mountain with my colleagues opening our lovely new studio in central MORZINE .
For new clients most of professional life has been centred around minds and bodies and I have spent the last 25 years working and studying around the world to find ways to make the body preform better .
Through my work I marry my science, esoteric knowledge and training to bring the real you out of the shadows towards your ultimate life experience.
I began with sports science, then through a range of therapies and the British wheel of yoga intense training, l have expanded my horizons in order to share with my students a deeper insight into their own personal practice.
In order to address my personal injuries, psychological and social well being l have extended my journey further graduating in zen yoga, advanced personal training and nutrition,meditation,Somatic’s (a clear scientific definition of the relationship between body and mind),Trauma release, mind Education and Coaching

This totally unique Combination is excellent for new students and students that have overcome injury and stress related conditions.
It lengthens muscles, eases tension on ligaments & tendons ,builds strength and expands your range of movement allowing bodily freedom .
It’s a stronger form of movement getting deeper into the tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascia networks and even our bones .
Tight stuck muscles are released by stimulating the somatic feedback loop between body and mind, therefore dissolving compensatory patterns and reminding the body what natural alignment feels like. This enhanced form of yoga works differently on a deeper mediative level .
Most forms of yoga today are dynamic, active practices designed to work only half the body, the muscular half " the Yang tissues.
