Come for between 2 and 8 days and get daily reiki treatments and plenty of time to explore Nice.

Do you want to try a new restaurant with every meal? No problem, there are so many good, local ones.

Do you want to eat home cooked mediterranean meals tailored to your allergies/idiosyncrasies/dietary needs? Again, no problem, let me know and I will cook for or with you.

Everything during your stay is planned with your wishes in mind, but there will be room for spontaneous changes while you're here.

Come on a reiki retreat in Nice, alone or with your best friend/partner.
Take a break from everyday life to relieve stress and tension or find your own pace before or after a major life change.

You decide what issues to work on, and even though you get daily treatments, there is time for reflection, a walk on the promenade and in the old town, soaking up the sun at sidewalk cafes and in the parks, writing, knitting or reading a book.

You will be accommodated in my guest room, centrally located in Vieux Nice, within walking distance of the beach and most sights and with the city's liveliest shopping street and local restaurants just around the corner.

You will be picked up at the airport or at the railway station by our local driver and after a 15 minute drive I will welcome you here.

We eat delicious food at some of my favourite restaurants and at home during your stay, so you can focus on what's important - you and the proces of relaxing and enjoying the French riviera.

My name is Hanne and I am a body-, stress- and trauma therapist based in Vieux Nice, where I offer healing massage, Nordic body therapy massage, reiki healing and trauma release exercises, and I often mix treatments to achieve the best result for you.

I have AuDHD, diabetes and 2 artificial knees. I am good at my job, funny and nice, and I love juicy, red apples and salted almonds. I also supervise other therapists and mentor future therapists, and I sometimes teach students how to use a holistic approach to treatments.

There's pizza, crafting and emotional support, and swearing is not only allowed but highly encouraged.

Body and mind are connected, and that is the basis of Nordic body therapy.

All experiences and emotions, positive or negative, are stored in your body.

Stress and trauma can turn into imbalances and eventually lead to chronic damage if the problems are not treated.

The treatment starts with a conversation before you lie on the massage table, first on your stomach and then perhaps on your back.
You are covered by a blanket and may keep your clothes on.

I make extra time for your first treatment, so we can talk about how to make it a safe experience for you.
Every treatment is adapted to the client lying on the massage table.
