Reiki healing is a gentle healing that provides well-being, energy, peace and balance in body and mind.
Reiki is a Japanese healing that channels universal energy.
It is used, among other things, to treat stress, anxiety, depression and various traumas.
I also use Reiki with other forms of treatment, and often after Nordic body therapy.
