🌊 Did you know? 🌊 Up to 85% of a healthy intervertebral disc is water!

🔎The disc has two main parts:
Nucleus: A gel-like consistency.
Annulus: Comprised of cartilage fibers.

As we age, our discs dehydrate, making our spines stiffer and less shock-absorbent. GOOD NEWS 😁 - staying active, flexible and hydrated helps slow this process! 💪🏾 🙌🏾
