It’s a beautiful sunny, breezy Sunday morning here, air is fresh and all is calm.. feel very fortunate to take in the clean air and calmness of my surroundings in the company of my little friend, playing ball. The unrest in the world today, and all last weeks news, seem surreal at this moment, I sit here sending healing love & light to all who have suffered in the most horrific ways. Also for those who feel they need help too, take a few minutes to be calm in a space you feel safe and know you are receiving beautiful love & the shining light. Try to see it in your mind and feel it entering your body. To you and all your loved ones ❤️🌟🙏

If we allow bitterness and resentment to fester inside, it will make our relationships guarded and unsatisfying. The more we close down to others, the more we become a stranger to ourself. By letting go of sorrow and negativity, we can keep our natures open and loving.
