This is what I like to call an ugly practice!! 😅🤣
Let me be clear... NOT the location... 🪷😌🙏🏼
I am back amongst the beauty of Fuerteventa, (my favourite place on this planet)... 💖 🕉️
But how often do we see yoga videos of perfection?...
Perfect people, perfect yoga clothes, perfect settings etc... rather than yoga and the reality of practice from day to day!?
No, we do not always step onto our mat and nail a perfect practice... I know I definitely don't 😅
In fact, this hardly happens. That makes it part of the point of practice and my practice.
So goodbye ego, hello humbled self, self discipline, and the question is ... What did I learn stepping on and off the mat today? 🤔
With the Fuerta wind blowing may mat around , 🌬️with enduring several moments of cramp 🥵, with my very stiff body not quite getting into postures... Yes, oh yes... It was an ugly practice....😂✊🏻
But after 13 years, I know I am always a better person when I practice, compared to when I don't 🙏🏼
So watch guys, sit back and enjoy the entertainment... Especially my struggles with the final postures 😆
(And a special thanks to Felix for releasing some serious built up muscle tension... I am still feeling the results... You guys are amazing 🫶🏻)
