Most redness routines fail because they treat the wrong cause.

If it’s inflammation → azelaic acid is one of the few ingredients that actually works (I usually start at 15%, or 10% if you’re sensitive).
If you also break out → sulfur can help calm both acne and redness.
If your barrier is compromised → simplify. No actives, no fragrance, just repair.
And yes… daily sunscreen is non-negotiable.

One more thing people don’t talk about enough:
If your redness is mainly visible blood vessels, skincare alone won’t fix it. That’s where laser/IPL comes in.

Save this if you’re dealing with rosacea, sensitive skin, or persistent redness — and want a routine that actually makes sense.

Please show me the studies that are in vivo and not based on injected PDRN, that proves us that PDRN in skincare is doing anything. I am in no way against PDRN, I use it as an injectable very often, but where are the good studies on PDRN in skincare? Not enough data per today.
