To all my dear friends, previous yoga clients, my future clients, the ones who have known me that I am internationally registered yoga teacher who has completed 200HR and 500HR yoga teacher training, also certified for meditation training, children’s yoga, baby yoga, pre/post natal yoga, Reiki master, spiritual healer... Now I announce that I decided to take my spirituality and yoga journey even further by engaging in advanced trainings: yoga therapy and alignment intense course, my yoga classes will resume a la rentrée, September onwards and I’ll host weekly regular classes in my studio at 1st arr. the schedule will be out by end of August, you are welcomed to drop me a message to request a specific class so I can organize them. Class will be in either group or private. Group minimum people: 3

Breaking news, after couple years of running my holistic business inducing nutrition, therapy, life coaching, healing, and yoga... im now changing my direction, I’ll be focusing on one part that’s my true passion, my true calling that has helped hundreds of women and that makes me blood pump, I’ll launch my one and only brand new “Tiphanie Yan life” female empowerment coaching and continue with my spiritual teacher journey. I will still consult with health, but I’ll use my nutrition knowledge to help women with healing emotions and energies. Im so happy and relieved actually to be able to focus on only one thing, Because those women need my full attention to walk through the journey with them. New website will be out soon!!

The gorgeous view from my bed this morning... I woke up with enormous faith and strength knowing the possibilities and abundance coming from all areas of my life. I sense myself growing, expanding, evolving at a high speed. I find every morning I wake up as a completely different person, better, stronger, freer, more confident and more connected to my guides and universe. Thing is, when you know surely what you desire in life, universe works fast for you. When you are in alignment, you are the most powerful creator.

Rush back to Paris for the last few days of fashion week... mommy gotta back to work right out from the TGV 🚄 runway is short yet powerful, that’s where a brand touches your heart and fulfill your with art.
Sitting next to Anna Wintour makes me wonder if I’m well dressed straight out from the train and if my sunglasses are bigger than hers 🤣🤣 I know my glasses are to cover my sleepless nights in the alps mountains 🏔

The highlight of this trip is my time with those two munchkins, so much laugh, so much love, so much deep spiritual childish talk, so many profond life questions... This experience hasn’t tired me out, but it’s God’s way of sending me messages through my kids’ mouths, to remind me of alignment, of who I am, of who I want to be, of what I want to have in life, to remind me not to settle anything less, to remind my mission in this world. I know and I see from our soulful kiddish conversations, they have grown, they have felt spiritual, mostly they are so empowered in their eyes, words, and little bodies. I love you two so much, but the only way to show your my infinite love is to live the life I want you to have.

Avoid having a fussy eater, make your meal time fun and yummy. I mention fun first, make the food visually appealing to your toddler is way more than important than having a crazy ward-winning recipe.... What a nutritionist cooks: herbs 🌿 roasted brocoli 🥦 in coconut amino teriyaki sauce, cinnamon thyme roasted carrots brushed off by lemon maple syrup...

The youngest client I recently received in my years of practice, who, was a 4 year old “crystal child”, the gentlest soul and pure heart, who was having constant meltdown/tantrum/anger issues at home... Her mommy took her in for a reiki healing session, so I used reiki and channeling, also Akashic records reading to help them find out what’s really going on in tiny little head, the answers were powerful, emotional, even overwhelming to see at once; I was in tears during the whole healing session as her essence/her source was telling me what really happened and how she really felt...... I immediately felt so much love and care for this little soul, I thank her for her trust and openness, our energy exchanged... she came back to us as the bright as the light, relieved and supported, mostly she was assured. During my healing session, I also received some concerns I have for her health, I adresses this to her mommy, told her what food I suggest her to eat to balance her chakra and heal emotions. Her mommy was more than surprised to hear what I had to say was exactly what is going in her body and their diet.... This little girl, earthy angel came back to me and gave me this drawing as gift, as a mom of two myself I understand what that means when a kid gives you a drawing, it means a world to them!! I’m in tears as the energy is so strong is just pure love.
I truly love what I do, use my talents to help people, to guide them, to heal them. I’m glad I’m living in my wildest dreams, creating the life that I’ve always wanted: love, courage, freedom.
