Imagine this:
You’re already dealing with sleep disturbances. Waking up at 3am in a puddle of sweat.
You’re stressed at work. Brain fog making simple tasks feel impossible.
Mood swings that make you question if you’re losing your mind.
Your energy is gone. Your joints ache. Your clothes don’t fit.
And THEN your coach ( ME ) shows up telling you:
∙ Start lifting heavy weights 2-3x per week
∙ Eat 35-40g protein FOUR times a day
∙ Track your fiber intake
∙ Prioritise 7-9 hours of sleep (when you can’t even sleep 4) 🙄
That’s what happens when you try to prepare DURING menopause instead of BEFORE.
It’s not impossible. But it’s exhausting. You’re trying to build the foundation while the house is already on fire.
I didn’t notice my menopause transition because I did the work before & during perimenopause.
When my hormones shifted, my body was READY.
I wasn’t learning new skills during the crisis. I was prepared before it hit.
Not because I’m special.
Because I started these 4 priorities in my 30s and 40s when it was manageable. Full stop !
You have two choices my lovelies 🥰
1. Wait until menopause hits and try to implement everything while you’re already suffering.
2. Start NOW during perimenopause when you still have bandwidth, energy, and time because trust me it’s not going to get easier!
