Today was more productive than yesterday.

Even though as a mom to a 3-month old I know the most important job I have is to take care of her, I still want to accomplish things outside motherhood. It’s really not easy 😅

So far, in my very short time as a mom, I have realized my expectations for what I can realistically accomplish need to be cut waaaay back.

I’ve also learned that my time management skills could be improved.

Please sent me me your tips for how to get things done with a baby. I need help 🫠

When you start your day with caffeine on an empty stomach, cortisol spikes, minerals get depleted, and hormones are affected. Hydrating with water, herbal teas, or electrolytes is the best way to start the morning.

We need to be eating adequate amounts of food to support fertility. It isn’t the time to diet or cut out major food groups (such as carbs). Ovulation requires a well-nourished body.

Prenatal supplements are there to support the body by filling any nutrition gaps in the diet. Obtaining the majority of nutrients from the foods we eat is best.

Counting calories can be stressful for some women and isn’t the best indicator of a healthy diet. The quality of food and balance of macronutrient is more important.

Ugh. Crying as I even think about leaving my baby 🥲

I was already an emotional person but now I’m crying at everything 😂

France has a lot of social benefits so I’m surprised at how short the maternity leave is here. As of January 1st, they did extend it to 5 months. Sadly, my baby was born 2 months too early to benefit from this.

For many people, Fertility isn’t something they think about until they want a baby.

Once they start trying is when they realize there are problems.

Looking back, they can see how they could have done things differently. Made some changes. Improved their diet. Incorporated new things into their lifestyle….

Now they feel some regret, pressure, urgency…

But the body doesn’t work on deadlines (or with this new stress)

It’s time to take a look at how you can make changes NOW to impact your fertility for the FUTURE.

Egg quality.
Sperm quality.
Hormones.
Implantation.

None of these improve overnight.
