Cette patiente présentait un volume mammaire modéré avec une légère asymétrie. Elle souhaitait un résultat naturel et harmonieux, adapté à sa morphologie.
Une augmentation mammaire par prothèses a été réalisée selon la technique dual plane, permettant un galbe doux et un mouvement naturel du sein.
- Voie d’abord : sous-mammaire
- Position : dual plane (partiellement rétro-musculaire)
- Type d’implant : rond, projection modérée
- Volume : 180cc et 200cc (gel de silicone cohésif)
