How could we cultivate environments that promote a sense of safety for being authentic self? (Well, let’s not say “self doesn’t exist” in this point….:)) In what ways can we “grant “ ourselves permission to embrace our emotions without self-judgment? How do we navigate the fast-paced nature of life to soften our hearts and dismantle emotional shields?
