I am an experienced Yoga teacher and massage therapist teaching various styles of yoga at my studio The Space. I am trained in Hatha, Pre/post-natal, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mindful Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra. Each year I lead Yoga Alliance International certified Yoga teacher training course for small, intimate groups. Trainings include:
- 200h Vinyasa
- 300h Advanced
- 100h Yin & Pranayama
- 60h Pre and postnatal
- 60h Restorative Yoga
- 25h Yoga Nidra

I'm coming back to Paris!!

Just for a couple of days ^^

I'm so happy to be teaching my home and replacing the brilliant on Friday 13th 17h30. As usual, I don't know what will happen when we join on the mat, but I'm sure we'll create something beautiful together!

I have one massage slot available: Friday 13th at 10h.

In other news, there is one place left on my January 200h Vinyasa Training.
